Welcome to Botetourt Training Center (BTC). We appreciate your interest in our training sessions and your commitment to creating better wrestlers. These session fees allow for BTC to operate, cover expenses, and train your athlete. You are able to pay via PayPal, credit card through PayPal, cash, or check. You are required to provide an email address, cell phone number, and service provider. You will register (registration tab) ONLY ONE time. Your initial session will be the only time you register your athlete when you select and pay for your first session. After initial registration your fees for the next training session will be found in the team store (tab in menu bar) and you will select your session and pay from the team store. YOU WILL NOT REGISTER A SECOND TIME. Again, you can pay fees with PayPal, credit card through PayPal, check, or cash. All other additional sessions after initial registration will be selected and paid for through the team store tab, please make note.

**YOU WILL PURCHASE YOUR USA WRESTLING MEMBERSHIP CARD YOURSELF. FOLKSTYLE ONLY CARDS ARE $18.00. FULL ATHLETE FOR FOLKSTYLE, GRECO-ROMAN, AND FREESTYLE ARE $47.00. BEGINNERS ONLY NEED TO GET THE $18.00 USA MEMBERSHIP CARD. THIS MEMBERSHIP CARD IS NOT INCLUDED IN BTC SESSION DUES. IT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. THIS CARD CARRIES WITH THE ATHLETE AND IS NOT OWNED BY BTC.

REGISTERING MULTIPLE ATHLETES:

COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW FOR THE 1ST ATHLETE. ADD IN COMMENTS SECTION THE NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, GRADE LEVEL, AND SHIRT SIZE OF ALL ADDITIONAL ATHLETES. SELECT THE PROPER MULTIPLE ATHLETE PACKAGE LISTED FOR EACH SEASON. YOU WILL THEN PROCESS PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL OR CLICK "PRINT FORM AND PAY WITH CHECK" AND BRING A CHECK TO THE NEXT PRACTICE SESSION.

SUMMER SESSION - 2 ATHLETES DISCOUNT

Botetourt Training Center, it's staff, sponsors, and donors are not responsible for injuries that occur during practice or competitions. You are at your own risk. Valid USA Wrestling Memberships cover athletes with secondary insurance if you have existing health insurance. USA Wrestling Membership will take primary insurance roll if you do not have existing health insurance. Additional health insurance needs and medical cost is solely the responsibility of the member athlete and his/her family. By processing payment and siging registration form you expressly agree to the aforementioned terms and agreement.

Processing of payment is final. There are no refunds. You and your athlete are responsible for attending practices and competitions. You also understand that this organization will attend tournaments and other competitions with coaches being present as avaiable. We cannot guarantee a coach will be able to be present at every event. This should not deter you or your athlete from attending and competing. Coaching staff will attempt to attend as many competitions as possible. Remember wrestling is an individual sport.
